Drinks and Cocktails
Cocktails:
Singapore Sling
2 oz gin
1/2 oz wild-cherry brandy
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
Fill carbonated water
2 cubes ice
In a 12 ounce Tom Collins glass squeeze the juice of lemon. Dissolve sugar into juice. Add gin and brandy. Stir with ice and fill glass with carbonated water. Stir well. Decorate with fruits in season and serve with a straw.
Blow Job
1 part whipped cream
1 part kahlua
1 part Baileys Irish Cream
1 part vodka
Layer in order into shot glass. Shoot with no hands.
Long Island Iced Tea
3/4 oz tequila
3/4 oz rum
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz triple sec
3/4 oz sour mix
Splash cola
Shake liquors with sour mix. Pour in hurricane or tall glass. Add splash of cola and garnish with a lemon wedge.
Sex on the beach
3/4 shot peach schnapps (archers)
1 shot vodka
3/4 shot chambord
splash cranberry juice
splash orange juice
splash pineapple juice
Shake together with ice. To vary strength vary amount of vodka.
Wet Dream
1/3 kahlua
1/3 Baileys Irish Cream
1/3 tequila
Put 1/3 of kahula then put 1/3 of baileys and then 1/3 of tequila
Nightmare
1 shot madeira
2 shots gin
1 shot cherry brandy
1 dash orange juice
Shake all together with crushed ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Tuscan Sunshine
1 part sambuca
4 parts orange juice
6 parts lemonade
Fill a large jug with ice add sambuca then orange juice and finally lemonade. Stir well to mix. Great to make up in a large jug as punch with plenty of slices of orange mixed into the jug.
Shots:
Jello Shots
1 package watermelon jell-o
1 cup boiling water
1 cup Malibu® coconut rum
Mix hot water and jello. Add rum. Pour into 2 ounce cups. Serve after the jello has set.

KahBula
1/2 oz gold tequila
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 splash Bailey's® Irish cream
Layer tequila over bailey's over kahlua.
Fainting Goat
1/2 oz Bacardi® Limon rum
1/2 oz Bacardi® Coco rum
1/2 oz Bacardi® vanilla rum
1/2 oz Bacardi® O rum
1/2 oz Bacardi® Razz rum
1 splash cranberry juice
Combine all of the rums into a tumbler with ice. Add enough cranberry to turn the drink a light red color. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass. Shoot.
Jäger Bomb
1 oz Jägermeister
1/2 can Red Bull energy drink
Fill a shot glass with Jägermeister. Drop the shot glass into an old-fashioned glass, or other lowball glass, filled with a half of a can of Red Bull.
Punch
Tropical Rum Punch Recipe
8 cups (2 quarts) guava nectar
6 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup fresh lime juice
2 cups coconut cream
3 cups light rum or Malibu Rum to taste
Chill all ingredients well before mixing. Mix all ingredients well in a large punch bowl. Float an ice mold or block of ice. Serve over crushed ice, if desired. Makes 40 servings.
Hawaiian Punch recipe
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz creme de bananes
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
Pour over ice, (grenadine last), and stir.
Sucker Punch
1 12-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 12-ounce can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
1 12-ounce can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 cup rum
1 cup vodka
1 cup tequila
1 cup orange liqueur
1 cup almond liqueur
12 cups (3 quarts) club soda
Chill all ingredients well before mixing. Combine the orange, cranberry, and pineapple juice concentrates in a punch bowl. Stir in the rum, vodka, tequila, and liqueurs.
Add the club soda last, just before serving. Garnish with citrus slices, if desired.
