How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are dispatched twice weekly from our distribution centres in Europe and Asia. We ship all products with Royal Express, and depending on your local delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 days. We do all we can to get you your Mastomatic as quick as possible.
Is it shipped discreetly?
Yes, the packet will be sent in a plain packet with no mention of the contents on the outer packaging.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, and all billing is done safely via our encrypted order form. Should you have any problems or questions with regards to ordering please contact us. The billing descriptor, shown on your credit card statement will be either SERVEPAY or BUYSECURE.
Do you guarantee your Mastomatic?
Yes, if your Mastomatic gets damaged in transit, or malfunctions in any way we will replace it free of charge. Please contact our support team if there is any problems. We strive to make our customers as happy as possible.
